Please quote a price and delivery deadline to create a web scraper that will extract content from http://tinyurl.com/73fsnqg as per these instructions: -Only the following news categories should be scraped: Politics, Security, Economy, Sports and General -These data should be collected: category, article title, article publication date/time, article content (stripped of extraneous code or font changes). In the content category all instances of the word AIN (case sensitive) should be found and automatically replaced with the word IraqProject (case sensitive) -The scraping project should set to run 5 times a day -Only the last data segment should be exported to a MySQL database that is hosted on a VPS. It should not replace the data that already exists. Only new data should be exported to avoid duplication. The MySQL DB is used by a Wordpress website which is the front-end where all the scraped content will appear. The datat needs to be populated within the Wordpress CMS.
