Business Analyst - 12 month Contract - Simi Valley, C.A. ROLE: IT BUSINESS ANALYST – II WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This is a dynamic environment with rapid change. Individual should be able to take direction and change priorities rapidly. RESPONSIBLE FOR: Support home loan affordability program on enhancements and initiatives REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years business analysis experience – working on multiple projects * Very strong experience writing business requirements and produce documents * Must have expert level experience in MS Office products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint * Solid experience with process flows – database analysis and design * Must have experience gathering requirements * Must have thorough technology and strong business background – ability to translate business and technical requirements effectively * Proficient communication skills – written and verbal * Must have hands-on experience in FULL SDLC – knowledge only will not be considered * Experience facilitating meetings/JAD sessions * Experience working in a liaison role * Must be able to work independently and ability to change priorities quickly
