Our client is currently seeking a Lead System Architect in Dallas, Texas. This person is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PRPC based solutions across client, partner or company led projects. This person is also accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. Key Result Areas: Provides thought-leadership to fellow team members and the client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. This includes scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment Have an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed. Works in conjunction with Engagement Leader to size, manage scope and risk Acts as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to GCS and/or Product engineering Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base Customer Success (realization of business benefit) Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required Functional Expertise: Possesses the appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise Utilizes technology-based tools and processes Accountability Business Intelligence and Awareness Continuous learning and development Ability to make sound decisions Customer service orientation Results oriented Ability to problem solve Understands, identifies and resolves conflicts when necessary Behavioral and Interpersonal: Self- Motivated Flexible and adaptable to change Effective communicator across all audiences Role modeling Effectively works in a team environment Understands, identifies and resolves conflicts when necessary Managerial: Develop talent within the organization Leading and Directing Coaching and mentoring Performance management Team builder Minimum Level of Education/Experience: Typically requires BS Degree with 7 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 4 years of experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering) Experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server Strong OO experience
