Need a Smart RSS New Aggregrator and News Ranking program developed for iPad / iPhone. We prefer a very minimalist design/feature with an extremely fast responsive GUI. The program can be described in 3 steps: 1) A RSS news aggregrator that reads a list containing 100+ RSS address and accesses that data in sequence every say "30min" or "on demand". 2) An parser that reads the RSS feeds and based on certain preset conditions, will provide a ranking to each news headline. 3) The GUI/user interface that will show the news headline sorted by the ranking order. Notes: a) You will be provided with a powerpoint document showing how the GUI will look like. b) The parser needs to be written preferably with a popular text parsing language as it will be updated subsequently. The parser will also need some lookup tables (e.g. list of adjectives, adverbs, names, etc which will be provided to you.). The complete logic for coding the parser will also be provided to you. c) This App will probably a free App in the beginning. It is being done to prove some concepts and to test the market. Later a more robust and powerful version will be launched. Please reply back with the following information: i) A high level plan about how you will implement this project.
