As this company continues to build their Product and Services, they are engaged heavily in Business Analysis, Requirements Definition and Project Management. The company needs two Sr. Business Analysts to manage requirements through the entire life cycle. The resource MUST have experience in Healthcare. 90% of the time will be writing Use Cases. The key to this role is strong Use Case writing, facilitation skills and experience with multiple techniques to elicit requirements, ie prototyping, white boards, user stories, interviews, etc. The Business Analyst will gather requirements from the SME (Subject Matter Experts) from both BCBSNC and BCBSKC as well as 2 important domains: Customer Management (aka Customer Service) and Providers. Required: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong Use Case writing. Strong elicitation skills (multiple techniques). Strong requirements gathering. Must be able to provide excellent requirements documents. Absolute Must have healthcare experience, ideal if health insurance experience. PREFERRED: Experience with a Requirements Management Tool, ideal MKS Integrity, but other experience will suffice (examples-iRise, Rational's RequisitePro, Composer, DOORs etc. Application Requirements Accepting third-party candidates for this position.
