This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Test Environment Coordinator to work for a leading Newcastle based organisation. Your role will include the following responsibilities: Maintain and administer testing environments Assist the different business representatives (IT, PMO, UAT etc.) when they are performing Testing. Plan, test, and implement all Testing environment changes resulting from work orders/service desk requests Environmental Health checks daily of test environments Escalate technical issues as needed Partner with internal teams, outside vendors or offshore testing partners as required Look for ways to maximise operational efficiency Assist in the formulation, creation and maintenance of Test Environment booking facility. Assist in the formulation creation and maintenance of Release Management schedule for Test Environments. Design a Test Environment build process and procedures in conjunction with other IT units.
