Help Desk Support Analyst
In this position you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional service levels and problem solving capability within a fun and dynamic team Your main responsibilities will be to provide service desk support by resolving clients incidents and accurately logging the resolution, or investigative work performed, into a service desk database. You will work closely with the team to identify appropriate levels of escalation. It is important to deliver a high degree of customer service for all support queries To be successful in this role you will need: Previous Helpdesk experience Excellent telephone manner Experience of using call logging software Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems - Experience using and troubleshooting MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook 2007 Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration MCP Certification would be desirable and ITIL understanding highly desirable This is a great position for a true professional looking to join a reputable business that recognises high performers.
