This is a 6 month contract position (with the possibility of extension) and is to be based in Atlanta, GA. Job Details Key Requirements/Skills 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Candidates must have experience in the following areas: Advises and recommends areas of program planning, business management, budget execution and program coordination. Prepares needs assessment. Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models. Documents workflow, creates AS-IS/TO-BE models, creates Business Vision Documents (BVDs) and Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs). Experience w/RSA process highly desirable. Preferred Skills Healthcare industry experience is a plus Job Description/Responsibilities Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes
