Technical Support Representative Atlanta, GA Location:Entire USA( Any office of AT & T) Term:Contract/Full Time Rate/salary:AS per Market Responsibilities: Tier I & 11 Technical Support resolves customer problems mainly by telephone (call center environment), e-mail, online chat or auto-support. You are responsible for addressing customer technical issues using technical expertise, knowledge base, and any tools resulting in customer''s success. Duties include initiating, tracking, and resolving customer''s technical issues promptly or escalating the case to the appropriate level of support. You will also create content solutions accessible to customers, partners and field support persons through a designated website.
