Associate responsibilities include the administering of the installation of assigned accounts including, but not limited to: Structure and billing set-up Eligibility collection Database loading ID Cards Preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials Provide support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries or resolving issues of concern Perform tasks independent of direct supervision Cross-train in order to support various roles within the unit as needed Ensure all communications including spreadsheets and reports are professional in nature and appropriate for the intended audience Be responsible for providing project support as required Coordinate efforts and communications with appropriate matrix partners Type of Position: Very data intensive-primary job is just to enter new Worker's Comp Cases with a medical background in the production environment Understand QA is what they are looking for - especially around computers Medical bill entry person would be a good candidate Work flow intensive system They are looking for people that can handle complex processes They will be reaching out for field case management assignment; and you will need to understand there are 50 jurisdictions for each state and have to understand all the steps in order to contact the customers in these states correctly Outlook knowledge inside and out - this Associate must have worked in a situation where they have had to handle really complex structures There will be training The successful Account Installation applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): The selected candidate must have a College Degree in areas of Finance; Math; Business; Economics; or Accounting Must also have good GPAs Strong Internship experience Must be a quick learner Must have MS Outlook experience Must be comfortable working with multiple system applications / tools simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service experience are required Must be detail oriented, resourceful; and proactive in research and problem solving as well as have strong time management and organizational skills Possess the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced customer focused environment Strong analytical and data entry skills with a high accuracy Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential The ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate an 8 hour rotating shift during the hours of 8:00AM-8"00PM and the ability to support the Business Continuity Plan which requires Internet and telephone access is also required Knowledge of Worker's Compensation, healthcare, and medical terminology will be a plus
