Our client is currently seeking a Call Center Technology Engineer in Lewisville, TX. Our client needs a highly motivated individual with a proven track record and the technical expertise to serve as a Call Center Technology Engineer supporting the enterprise telecommunications infrastructure. The desired candidate will be experienced in supporting a wide range of Avaya products and solutions. The purpose and scope of this position includes, but is not limited to, daily move, add & changes, call center administration, technical support and backups for all voice communication equipment and systems. The Call Center Technology Engineer interfaces directly with all business units and must promote and maintain a high level of customer service and integrity. The position will provide additional support for the Telecom Architect anticipating future requirements, trends and technology needs of the enterprise. This candidate should have the ability to: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and interpret and explain complex situations and systems in commonly understood terms Work under pressure with minimum supervision Provide input during technical discussion in the creation and test of telecommunications architecture Interface effectively and decisively with other units, departments and outside vendors Work effectively within a high-energy team environment Analyze equipment performance and evaluate and monitor performance of vendors
