We have two connected sites, our main site http://www.cleFastTrack.com (WordPress) and our on-line cloud application product, http://www.cleImpact.com.(written in php with MySQL). The latter is heavily database-driven. For both, we need what I would call a clear "Call to Action" (to buy our products) and a well-designed "buying process" that connects seamlessly to PayPal. 1. Call to Action Right now, it is way too buried and a bit amateurish. On the main site, it is on the Programs page as "Add to Cart". That entry point should remain although the cart itself needs professional attention. In addition, we need a clarion call to action on the home page and on each of eight product pages. There needs to be provision for easily editable promotional offers. 1. Buying Process The "Call to Action" initiates the buying process. Now there are account and billing information to be collected. Basically, we need the forms for this that professionally and smoothly connect with the info from the Call to Action and get the needed info to send to PayPal. Although we think the actual PayPal routines are in place the connections need to be seamlessly made and tested. The end result is that the buyer is okay'ed and the funds are credited to our account.
