Remote Travel Agency Admin - Admin Assistant
The job is 25-30 hours per week, during US business hours. Job to extend multiple weeks, depending on the candidate. As it will be hard to track hours, job should be priced at a flat weekly rate. Hours should not exceed 30. Payment is weekly. Incentives are available depending upon the caliber of work. Requirements of the job: * Excellent English and Communication Skills * Making and receiving calls in the US during US business hours 8-6EST. Phone not provided * Emailing and Internet Search Skills * Average Word, PDF, Excel skills * On-Call during US business hours 8-6EST * Very Efficient, Fast, and Detail Oriented * Can work under pressure and meet deadlines * Open to helping out for any task * Local candidates preferred (East Coast / Northeast US) Job Responsibilities Include: * Searching key sites hourly during US business hours * Reading and Analyzing Bids * Finding travel partners that fit the Bids, includes calling * Faxing and Emailing out Lead sheets to travel partners for rates and info - Company Fax is provided via internet. Company Email is provided * Maintaining Travel Partner Lists and Info * Submitting Bid Sheets with all proper documentation * Following Up via Emails * Filing Out Paperwork and Worksheets for Jobs * Managing Travel Partners for Jobs via Calls, Mail * Field & resolve Issues as they arise * Fill out Reports * Work with Management closely Training and documents will be provided.
