We are seeking a developer(s) for a mobile APP on the Android OS and lOS that is consumer oriented and will help consumers understand what offers are being made by local businesses in real time when the consumer is physically located near the businesses offering deals online or through GROUPON, YIPIT or LIVINGSOCIAL. The consumer will be able to use the application any time and receive push notifications by receiving the deals and saving money with daily deals. We have a social sentiment analyzer which we would like attached to the application that will provide a sentiment score about the brand sending a deal to each user. There is an analytics reporting system we would like to send data to from the application so an XML output on the behaviors and uses of the application by each user is a requirement along with standard reporting about the number of users and downloads of the application and which retailers and coupons are being used. We have an API to several review sites and would like to include the search results and push alerts about coupons or a retailer the user is geo-located close to. For retailers, the application will enable the ability to push offers in realtime to the end user along with details of the retailers their email, phone and social media contact information. The retailer will be able engage mobile customers and take advantage of the geo-locating technology and push messages to users' phones when the consumer is located close to the retailers location and push the consumer deals and other notifications of offers. The consumer can also pull/retrieve deals from the retailer they are close by from Groupon, Livingsocial, Yipit, Mobscout and GoogleOffers At a high level application consumers using the application will be able to: • Find up-to-date information about retailers they are geo-located close to • Be alerted for things to do that have just been announced • Save money with daily deals in one application All coupons for nearby stores will be on hand for the consumer and have the ability to receive realtime communications from the stores, as well as promotions from advertisers selling goods in those stores. The application therefore must be geolocation driven - and the categories open to any type of retailer. An Administrative function is necessary to manage all retailers/vendors in the system and the users/consumers of the application. We will provide social scoring, And APIs to review systems. The developer(s) will be responsible for adding in a scoring system and realtime feeds of scores from our review and scoring APIs as well as pushing alert functions about deals. Our firm will be responsible for RSS feeds from events and happenings located near the consumer and the RSS feeds should be incorporated in to the feed to the consumer. Questions are appropriate and SKYPE sessions will be set up to review proposals as necessary. The project begins immediately.
