Customer Service Representative Windows/Mainframe/Microsoft Office Customer Service Experience PAY RATE: $9-12/HOUR MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 8AM-8PM M-F TRAINING OCCURS THE FIRST 5 WEEKS 8:30AM-5:00PM Volt Workforce Solutions has a long-term position available in Lynchburg, VA for a Customer Service Representative. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Customer Service to both Producers and Policyholders by effectively responding to incoming phone calls. Update policy information in administrative and workflow systems to process Producer and/or Policyholder requests. Perform a limited number of outbound phone calls to complete Policyholder and/or Producer inquiries. Effectively and efficiently communicate with customers by adhering to the established Call Center protocol. Build positive relationships with Operations Team Members. Remain current on changes and/or updates in regards to product offerings, processes and Operational Procedures, to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. Provide suggestions for improvement of current processes to management.
