Purpose of the Position: Provide assistance in the production, deployment and support of various projects to fulfill the demands of the customer's requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: The Java Developer: Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI and JavaScript) for a component of the website. Works with Graphic Designers and other members of the Project Team to develop the site concept, Interface Design and Architecture of the website, and is responsible for Interface Implementation. Integrates Web Applications with Back End Databases. Deploys large Web-Based Transaction Systems using Application Servers. Researches, tests, builds and coordinates the integration of new products per Production and Client requirements. Must possess strong Navigation and Site-Design instincts.
