Marketing Communications Proffessional
This role requires the ability to develop global operations marketing communication strategies with cross-functional business unit alignments. This position will be hands-on in the day-to-day management and execution of the initiatives and campaigns, including messaging, positioning, some design. Central to the position is change management and the understanding of impacts on employee our base as campaigns are launched. Responsibilities •Support development of a global operations marketing communication plan that includes end-to-end strategies, collaboration with stakeholders and content for the orchestration and management of various marketing campaigns. •Work with internal communications and other key business stakeholders to understand business goals and develop marketing strategies that enable the business to meet and exceed expectations for the operational channel Social Enterprise Inside. •Develop multimedia and multi-channel strategies including infographics, videos and Chatter, to drive employee awareness, success and enable a robust active social company community • Develop ongoing content strategy for internal google site, or apps that communicate our social company strategies. • Deliver breakthrough ideas, innovative campaigns for our different operations departments, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Real Estate, Sustainability, Trust & Security, and build cross functional messaging connections to Finance, Employee Success, Customer Success, etc. • Develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in a variety of channels including email, chatter, YouTube, Rypple, etc. Use measures to evolve, adapt and change messaging & content. • Improve and apply processes and best practices to streamline and ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available • Publish frequent campaign scorecards on a global level to share performance trends with key stakeholders • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align with brand • Work closely with other marketing team members and resource groups to ensure timely execution on all campaigns. • Oversee the development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle. Set project quality and performance standards. • He/she will be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities Change Management Aspects: • Delivers communications that help community managers drive user adoption • Includes the development of effective and efficient change management approaches through communications, and aimed at ensuring employees and other stakeholders are aware and prepared for the upcoming changes. • Ability to assess the change readiness levels, determine the impacts, and create and implement action plans prior to implementation. (change management plans, user engagement strategy, readiness assessments, change impact analysis) • Helps identify the most expected and potential points of resistance to change. Supports counter strategies to reduce the resistance and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change. Required Skills/Experience: • 6-10 years marketing experience • Bachelor degree required • Resourceful, with ability to persuade others on collaboration • Ability to lead and work cross-functionally and in teams • Ramps up to speed quickly and becomes a champion of the internal social enterprise. • Obtain information quickly from busy execs • Facilitate meetings & focus groups • Excellent experience leveraging social marketing channels • Strong understanding of change management and a track record of driving quantifiable ROI • Detail oriented with strong project management skills • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Desired Skills: • Successful track record of developing, executing and measuring campaign programs • Experience managing, developing new programs and experience in driving demand and pipeline for the programs • Highly professional lead and team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities Contact sonal 408 850 2967 or email your resume sonal@omegasolutioninc.com
