This position supports the Information Governance Lifecycle Management eDiscovery (IGLM) project team. This project addresses key agency risks around the ability to process legal holds, enforce retention policies and vulnerabilities related to PST file storage. Responsibilities include: Position Requirements: 10 years experience – Computer Technology or related field Undergraduate College Degree – Computer Technology or related field 10 years of demonstrated analyst experience using modeling languages, technical product life cycle concepts and requirements engineering, among other applied skills and knowledge. Experience with e-Discovery and/or Enterprise Information archiving solutions is desired. Familiarity with the IEEE Software Development standards or equivalent. Skill Requirements: Knowledge of and skill in applying Automated tools for design, construct and maintenance activities for planning and scheduling of human resources. Technical interviewing skills in the Information Technology environment. Functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment. Communication skills including facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical. Modeling of requirements, verification of deliverables. Requirements Engineering and software development life cycles. Familiarity with the IEEE Software Development standards or equivalent. Ability to develop canonical attribution and perform normalization of concepts.
