THIS IS A TELECOMMUTE JOB. WORK FROM HOME IN SUPPORT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Position Requirements: MUST have the ILog and JRules experience, no exceptions. MUST have solid experience in rule-oriented tasks such as Rule packaging, RuleFlow design, XOM deployment, and JRules optimization techniques. MUST have experience with IBM Websphere ILOG JRules developer (preferably in version 7.x) of 3-4 years. Experienced Java and JEE web applications developer of 5-7 years. Experience with Test Driven Development. Must be able to perform design and implementation tasks. Solid experience in stack consisting of: JEE (JPA, JDBC), Spring 3.x (Core, MVC), jQuery. Web experience with CSS, Javascript, RIA, JQuery. SOA experience with Webservices, REST, and interface definition. Experience with the utilization of the Rational Jazz tool suite, including RTC, RRC, and RQM. Experienced Workflow engine similar to JBoss jBPM or Weblogic Integration. Required Skills/Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in a technical discipline and 5-7 years of experience. Must have experience working in an Agile SCRUM development environment. Must be team player, articulate, and cross-functional to work with analysts and testers. Shall have 5-7 years relevant work experience including development on enterprise-wide applications serving in an environment with tasks of similar scope, complexity, and technical difficulty. MUST have experience with the utilization of the Rational Jazz tool suite, including RTC, RRC, and RQM. Desired Qualifications: Experience with large concurrent applications is preferred. Experience working in the Department of Veterans Affairs is a plus. Willingness to support technical documentation tasks.
