Our company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/ Negotiator who will work with our client's customers, realtors, Escrow and internal management to review, negotiate, and approve deals for list price cut offers/counter offers on the property. Candidates will coordinate short sales close with all parties, including title company, mortgage company, buyer, seller and other stakeholders. Must adhere to internal guidelines and external investor/insurer requirements. Handles routine levels of transactions with oversight by senior staff and managers to complete daily tasks. Daily reports are required to senior staff. Expectation is to insure all aspects of a transaction is fully managed to insure escrow closes promptly on a specified date. Attention to detail, organization, and full case awareness are musts. Typically will have 2-4 years of real estate, mortgage and/or financial services experience.
