Marketing Product Manager
Marketing Product Manager Contract or Temporary (circa 3-4 months) which may lead to a permanent opportunity Context/Background: We are currently recruiting for an interim Marketing Product Manager for our UK Commercial Team to provide immediate pragmatic and tactical marketing initiatives for our Medical Device and Consumable Portfolio. Role & Responsibilities This position reports directly to the Business Unit Leader for Medical Devices & Consumables and will have responsibility for current and future products across our Medical Device and Consumable product portfolio. The position will consist of implementing new product introductions, marketing campaigns, product lifecycle management, sales a nd marketing support for our UK Business . The individual will also be responsible for delivering on some key projects as part of the role. The Marketing Product Manager will have the following responsibilities: • Manage new product introductions and current line modifications • Develop and implement strategies and tactical plans to support growth of our Medical Devices and Consumable product portfolio across the UK • Hold primary responsibility for the management of defined product lines • Develop sales tools and presentations tailored to individual market needs • Monitor competitive products and positioning • Provide product training and demonstrations as appropriate • Work closely with the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) marketing team and other functions while managing interactions with the US Corporate Headquarters • Produce marketing/promotional materials • Project Management Required Skills & Experience • Knowledge of the healthcare environmental factors across the UK • Previous sales or marketing experience in a healthcare pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumables environment is preferred • Experience developing and implementing strategic plans • Demonstrated project management skills • Proficient with MS Office products • Fluency in English is essential • Self-starter who takes initiative and can work well in a matrix environment • Likes to work in an energetic and rapidly growing company with opportunities for development • This position is based at our EMEA Regional Office, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire • Some travel within EMEA will be required -approximately 5% This is a temporary/contract role which may lead to a permanent opportunity
