**US Citizenship Required **Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Required Implement a web application back end and front end in a modern framework, such as Ruby on Rails, to be used to process large volumes of sensor data on a Linux cluster environment. Required skills: Linux, Ruby on Rails, C/C++, Java, javascript, REST architecture, Web Map Service (WMS), SQL, HTML, CSS, and PostGIS Experience with creating and maintaining a SQL database, forming SQL queries, and implementing processing logic in at least one of the aforementioned web app frameworks is essential. Experience building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in HTML and CSS is also necessary. Experience with geospatial databases, such as PostGIS, and APIs such as Web Map Service (WMS), and map toolkits, such as OpenLayers or Google Maps API, is highly desired.
