We are looking to contract a programmer who can create an agent which can be deployed to a PC by means of multiple ways such as SCCM or other deployment tools to PC, laptops and thin client devices in a corporate environment to report periodically to a virtual device which applications are running in the operating system environment. The agent is to essentially send the XML formatted process list to the server. the communication between the agent and the receiver on a virtual appliance is the be secure and one way only so the the server never needs to access the clients network. The agent is to store the messages locally incase the server temporarily cannot be reached for instance when a laptop user is not connected to a network.
