Virtual Assistant - Answering Service - Admin Assistant Customer Service Data Entry Office Admin Telephone Handling
Answer incoming calls to our business from your home, and return calls to clients who have left messages. Explain services, schedule and reschedule clients and collect and input demographic data into our online system (new clients). Hours needing covered are generally from noon to 6PM M-Th ET (may require some additional times occasionally for coverage). You may do your other paid or unpaid work (or relax!) when calls are not coming in or there are none needing returned. General call volume currently is 10-25 calls (total-incoming and returned) per day. Calls would need answered professionally, and ALL calls during office hours need answered live (NO exceptions). Must have access during all available times to the internet and a computer. Should it be needed, we can arrange a separate line/phone for ease of identification of our clients. Must have great customer service skills, speak English proficiently and be able to be assertive (we have a late cancellation policy). This is ongoing work, should the arrangement be successful. For obvious reasons, your bid needs to be lower than this since you will have freedom to pursue other jobs or leisure activities when not answering or returning calls. (In other words, your entire hour will not be taken by this job, so please consider this in your bid). Thank you!
