Some notes: • There are 4 intended styles (Classical, Adaptive, Shaping, Visionary), they are 4 different "archetypes" and are represented as 4 different lines represented on the DNA slide. I have attached a slide that demonstrates this • Orientations are different to styles. There are two orientations (and within that 7 dimensions i.e. scope of planning, plan formulation, etc.) on which styles are measured or scored. The DNA slide needs to include all 7 dimensions as per the slide. • As you point out there are 5 styles on the front slide.
