We are a global online tax accounting firm. Our website had 8 of 10 keywords on page 1 on Google for a long time. We're still at 8 of 10 keywords on page 1 on Bing. We had been using SEO services from a couple groups in India who were 'white-hat' but suddenly we dropped off the map on Google. Something obviously happened - we suspect Penguin - and we need to find out what and fast!
