We are looking for a highly experienced MYSQL Database Administrator for optimising and administering our MYSQL Database on Windows 2008 1. Database optimisation 2. Database administration 3. Database replication across 2 servers We would expect the successful candidate to have many years of hands on experience of administering and optimising MYSQL on a Windows environment Through the process we would require the individual given this job to first describe what specific areas they would be looking at to address points 1,2 & 3. We would expect to be informed of any and all changes that had been carried out towards our end aims and to be given some specific detail on what improvement we can expect to get once the changes have been completed.
