Experienced, this Art Director will be able to demonstrate their skill for designing experiences for both brand and user alike. You will also be able to create strong conceptual pitch work and communicate your creative vision to the clients and internal teams The role… To articulate and identify client objectives and demonstrate creative thinking that answers the brief exactly. Take responsibility for ensuring the creative output is to the highest possible standard at all times. Review the team’s creative and direct how best to communicate the key business messages, unique selling points and brand values to the user. Assess the client’s digital offerings and suggest improvements to meet their strategic and business goals. Work on and lead creative pitches, supported by the Creative Director, deciding how best to develop and present ideas with the pitch team. Champion UCD design principals, communicating the creative vision to the project team and work closely with UX practitioners. You are... Someone that understands that excellent creative is built upon robust commercial objectives and understands the value of the brief. You communicate conceptual ideas with ease. You are also someone who is organized and can define tasks according to budgets and timescales. You can talk and listen to clients to ensure the final creative both supports the user and creates a consistent and engaging brand experience. You truly love combining great ideas with new technologies You are someone who understands the importance of accessibility but who doesn’t compromise on the creative experience. You are someone, who loves being creative is self motivated, passionate and is willing to share and discuss ideas Must haves… At least 7 years’ experience crafting world-class, outstanding digital design Expertise in design traditional disciplines such as, typography, sketching, grids, imagery and colour (with a meticulous almost unnatural eye for detail) Comprehensive understanding of industry tools for developing screen, animation, brand, illustration and application design Understand associated disciplines, technologies and best practices in usability, accessibility, information architecture and user interface design. Experience of creating digital experiences on emerging platforms such as touch screen and mobile devices. Infusion – who?
