IVR/Java Software Engineer
Our Call Center group is looking for a Sr. IVR/Java Software Engineer. This group is responsible for the Sales, Customer Service, and Field OPS Call Centers. The main technologies they are using are IVR, ACD, Java, and J2EE. Currently they are working through an entire platform upgrade. They will be migrating Aspect to Genesys. The candidate must have 5 years minimum working as a Java Developer in a call center environment working with IVR and ACD technologies. Specifically automated call routing and automated call directory. Top 2 Skills (stack ranked) : 1.
