Business Analyst / Project Manager . My Retail Banking client currently has a contract requirement for a Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager Project: The Enhancing Group Modelling Capability programme is designed to deliver an improved central modelling capability to meet Senior Management and Regulatory expectations. Role: • Finalise business requirements and priorities using a standard methodology and work with Modellers and end users to document and prioritise systems issues. • Create and manage a traceability matrix, and to support the testing phase of the project • Ensure consistency from requirement definition through development and test by creating and using the traceability matrix. • Support the project manager with implementing the new systems and solutions, and managing the transition of users to the new solutions. Key Skills - Previous Business Analyst / Project Management experience in a Retail Banking environment (Retail or Wholesale) - Experience of using traceability matrix - Experience of working with end user MI, data or modelling environments would be an advantage (although modelling skills are not required). - Ability to use Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to a proficient standard.
