Systemware Professional Services is recruiting for a contract to hire job for a Systems Analyst to join our Consulting Team. MH770 You will assist our client by working between the BA's and Development team to write the Technical Specifications and document a Code Library for the reuse of Java and ColdFusion Web Design and Technical Specifications. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of UML and SQL and be able to provide writing samples of your work as a Systems Analyst Must have experience with Web Services Data Mapping Strong XML skills and XML Schema Document experience is highly preferred Duties: Interface with Project and Product Teams for installation of client software products including work flow, users and permissions, data integration and rules management Communicate and document a detailed understanding of platform configuration and architectural trade-offs to functional and technical designs Communicate and document a detailed understanding of electronic data transmission protocols (web services data mapping, XSLT development) to data integration requirements Collaborates with project and product teams to create detailed functional specifications then translate functional specs into technical specs Follow SDLC for project through development process, working closely with Developers and Quality Assurance analysts to resolve any questions and stabilize code Interface with project and product teams to gather information through interviews, document analysis, discovery sessions, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis Gain buy-in across multiple stakeholders Ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction Help create the test plans All applicants must be legally eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. (Systemware PS does not subcontract) Out-of-town candidates must be willing to pay their own relocation and interview costs for this job If you are looking to advance your career, applying for a job with Systemware PS is a smart move!
