I need a resource to analyze an electronics assembly that includes a printed circuit board assembly that generates a lot of heat that in enclosed in a weather proof enclosure. The enclosure is mounted on the roof of a vehicle so the analysis will have to include solar thermal loads as well as the internally generated loads. The goal of the analysis is to optimize the design to reduce the maximum temperature under maximum thermal load. The contractor must be the Chicago, Northwest Indiana or Southern Wisconsin area. No international proposals will be considered. A face to face meeting will be required prior to starting the project. The contractor must sign my companies non disclosure document before starting the project. The contractor must have the software tools required for the analysis.
