One of our clients based in Edinburgh has a new opportunity for a Production Executive. The Production Executive will standardise and update all Powerpoint documents ensuring presentations are on brand and fully compliant. The successful candidate will develop, create and produce all presentations for the organisation including assisting in the development of a slide library and the ongoing maintenance and development of this function. Core Responsibilities: Redesign and brand presentations for various areas within the company, and style according to the company guidelines. Assist in the Development, maintenance and implementation of the Presentation Library, ensuring all presentation material has adhered to the correct compliance process. Liaise with the FPA’s / compliance and/or risk teams where necessary and to ensure material used has been properly labelled and sourced under the Company’s compliance guidelines /TCF. Provide guidance about presentation content, drawing upon market knowledge. Manipulation of data in Excel in order to produce graphs used within presentations. Liaise closely with Investment Specialists & Fund Managers about presentation requirements and developments. Work on bespoke items as deemed appropriate within the Digital and Production team. Core Skills: Providing excellent internal and external customer service Attention to detail Planning & Control Team working Creativity Proof reading skills Core Requirements: Good computer skills In depth knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel. Delivering business focused results Managing internal and external customers Knowledge and experience of marketing in the financial services market place, including a basic understanding of the regulatory issues.
