The framework for a web site has already been built. One portion of the site will be in Flash. I seek for you to build out that section. On 2.0, the Services main page (the page before someone clicks on a specific service), after "Certifications" it should read "Choose a position below" - Action when clicking on grid entry - Matrix shrinks and moves left - chosen entry enlarges and sits to right - description goes to the right - multi-layered rectangles in different shades (3 of them, you'll see on bottom right corner) - certifications will be laid out as Valspar lays out its color collection partners - similar font for position and description. Red at left of top rectangle. Smaller grey for right side. ** note how each pictures is "framed" by an outside rectangle with effects such as shadows and gradients. Please mimic this exactly. Perhaps leave more room on the right side for the position description (i.e., the text heavy area) so that all the text fits in. Since we have fewer boxes, they can fit more easily on the left and the picture of the position can also be much smaller than the enlarged chosen box in the middle. Retain formatting and location of text "back to household help positions" In the same font as "All colors" place the titles of 4 articles at the bottom of the grid and the image. Please organize these so they're left aligned and so it's clear they're clickable… as at the bottom of / I will also grant you access to the titles and URLs of each article.
