Health and Social Care | Service Delivery Manager | Gloucestershire Currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager Health and Social Care in Gloucestershire. The required criteria is 5 years + post qualifying experience for Service Delivery Manager Health and Social Care Gloucestershire. There is a requirement for a Service Delivery Manager / Business Change Manager (SDM / BCM) to support the Integration Programme. This role will be focused on ensuring that key services are delivered through the programmes which are to be designed, planned and implemented in a coordinated and effective way to support the organization’s business objectives. Specific duties will include, but will not be restricted to: • Designing, developing and implementing an enhanced, integrated Dementia Service for our client, based on an existing service specification, incorporating a range of new features aimed at maximising partnership working and the innovative use of facilities, technology and telecare to maintain dementia service users in their own homes and in the community, while providing increased support for carers • You will also be responsible for designing, developing and implementing new ways of working to improve the processes around assessments, particularly by social workers and occupational therapists • You will be supported within the Programme by appropriate project management, business analysis and professional input. For this position, our client will require you to meet the minimum criteria: • At least 5 years’ operational experience, plus 5 years’ management experience, in a social care environment • A sound understanding of delivering Personalization and the processes to support this • Experience of leading initiatives around service design, implementation and improvement • Strong analysis, organisation and planning skills • Practical knowledge and understanding of ICT and its role in improving operational efficiency • Excellent communication, influencing and team-working skills including the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues in order to build capability within in-house teams -Salary range is £400-450 per day For more information and to find other vacancies in your area contact Amy Archer on 0845 604 4445 or email amya@4socialwork.com Who Cares?
