Visa status Responsibilities: Ideal candidate would have extensive Microsoft OS / application troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of networking, servers, IT security, storage, MS exchange, and how they all relate. Support users in use of PCs, installing new PCs / other hardware, and installing software Provide users with guidance / support by assisting in problem resolution Act as the key contact for on-site / remote users for PC and production problems / inquiries Skills: Provides Desktop support for issues escalated from Help Desk with minimal supervision Builds and installs new PCs Installs new hardware / software in the environment Extensive knowledge of Microsoft OS / application troubleshooting
