English SEBD Teacher A Teesside SEBD school for students with severe emotional, social and behavioural difficulties seeks a teacher of English, initially for one year. Students within the school are encouraged to develop strengths for core subjects and a sense of responsibility for their actions. All of the students have behavioural difficulties. You will be working with small class sizes with additional learning support. To be considered for this role you will need QTS. Excellent subject knowledge of the English language GCSE syllabus is an advantage though given the nature of the role character and approach to teaching are priority. You will need to be resilient and have the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly. Teaching Personnel are committed the safeguarding and well-being of children.
