Working as a Business Analyst within a critical project you will carry out data analysis, requirements definition and mapping of current and future state business processes providing conceptual solutions to often complicated business problems/needs and make recommendations for preferred solutions. To be considered as a strong RDR Business Analyst for this position you must have the following skills / experiences: • Front Office Business Analysis experience • Experience gained from Client / Customer Onboarding programmes • Wealth Management / Asset Management / Private Banking industry experience is highly desirable • Strong data analysis skills - data mining, presentations • Highly proficient with MS Excel - Must be able to demonstrate Excel based financial modelling experience • Process mapping skills - Visio, swim lane diagrams • Regulatory programme experience - RDR desirable • Command of best practice business analysis methodologies & techniques (e.g. RUP, UML), business process re-engineering and test preparation.
