Associate Creative Director of Health

This may be the permanent position you're looking for! o Set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process o Understand the big picture of the project and how it fits into the full user experience o Understand your client's business, brand and marketing objectives, proactively contributing to its evolution and success o Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail o Juggle multiple projects with confidence o Play an active role in client presentations, new client acquisition and new business pitches o Create and substantially influence development of engagement models and project plans for all phases of interactive design o Mentor junior talent and support a learning organization o Lead by example in all venues o 7+ years of digital agency or related experience as a designer working with user-centered design projects o Demonstrated success with client Health industry/Pharma clients and a passionate interest in the category o Vision and passion and POV about the evolution of user experiences on the web o Strong desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong marketing concepts and solutions o Enjoys and supports working on a team o Superior communication skills, organized and great time management If this sounds like you, contact me immediately to set up an interview.
