We have a very simple html web site that is in a niche market that does not have very much competition. The site is for a private dog breeder that specializes in 4 dog breeds. Before Google made it's last major change about 4 months ago, we were top 1-3 spots for most of our important keyworks. Since the change we dropped dramatically (like most sites did), but our current SEO guy has had very minimal success getting back to were we were. I don't think he understands Google's new methods and thus will never be successful. If you look at the attached file, it is a recent report for the keywords we are targeting for 1 of the 4 breeds - Bichons. You can see that the 'Top' placement vs. the 'Current' placement leaves a large gap. We want to be back where we were and even better; and continue to improve every month. We ultimate want to dominate our categories! We want the Bichon related keywords to go directly to the Bichon page of the site. Once we accomplish this for Bichons, we will move on to the same thing for the 3 other breeds. We are looking for an on-going relationship for a set monthly fee. Please include an all inclusive monthly price to take over our SEO/SEM responsibilities. DO NOT send a generic proposal. Also, at this time, we are not ready to add a blog to the site, but the current content can be tweaked to be more SEO friendly. If necessary, more content can possibly be added.
