UI Designer / user interface developer - home working. Urgent contract role for an immediately available candidate. The UI developer will need experience across design and development and be happy in a client facing role. You will need strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX as well strong design skills, being comfortable with wire framing, mockups, iterative design. The user interface developer will be working independently on the design of complex enterprise software so you will need to be comfortable with detailed user interfaces. Areas such as cross browser development and UI localisation should not be out of your comfort zone. This is a 3 month contract, likely to extend, for which you will need your own laptop for, and be able to work from home with the occasional trip to London. There is a good chance of extension and the maximum rate pay rate is £275 per day. The interview process will be a telephone conversation in the next day or two, followed by a short face to face meeting in London.
