AS400 RPG Programmer with Finance or XA/Mapics skills Required technical skills: More than 6 years experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) AS/400: Implementer, ILE and RPG/400, Query 400, CL, DB2/400, Synon, Source Entry Utility, Data File Utility, SQL Interactive, Application Development Toolkit (PDM), IBM Advanced Job Scheduler, FTP, CICS/400, Query Manager, SQL, Job Scheduler Spool Handler, Hawkeye . Business Process Knowledge -- Financial Processing, Order Processing, Invoicing/Billing, Supplier Order processing, EDI, manufacuring. Individual will join the existing team to provide application development support. The position responsibilities are as follows: • Interfaces directly with the client • Analyzes client requirements and provides solutions for client • Completes development to implement complex components • Completes technical design for application enhancements • Develops independently; participates in and leads code reviews. • Designs, prepares and executes unit and system integration tests • Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks and projects • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills • Mentors other team members in AS400 and RPG skills For consideration please include Dice # 1524.
