Ensure the safety of information systems assets and protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Respond to information security-related questions and inquiries using established information security tools and procedures. Execute security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information. Research attempted efforts to compromise security protocol. Maintain security systems and administer security policies to control access to systems. Maintain the company Firewall and utilize applicable encryption methods. Must have experience implementing, installing and tuning Cisco ASA and AIP-SSM devices, and performing IDS/IPS Real Time monitoring analysis. Use and manage Splunk for log correlation and incident response investigations. Candidates must have experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls: 5510, 5520, 5540, and 5580. Candidates should also have experience troubleshooting SSL/IPSec VPNs. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of network technologies, security technologies, and network design/engineering.
