Full details below: Overall Responsibility : To develop and implement a direct recruitment strategy to our growing contact centre in Watford. To be responsible for attracting quality candidates by developing best in class recruitment methods to include developing assessment centres for a number of clients in a large global outsource organization.. Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources recruiting and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures Work closely with the HR Manager and the UK Resourcing Manager to own the end to end recruitment process from candidate attraction to onboarding to ensure a Great Place To Work Culture To drive and be responsible for developing a candidate pipeline for our Stratford site ,sharing best practice and creating a pool of talented individuals to work at SITEL To manage the recruitment process, being responsible for the recruitment of all employees Customer Service , Sales and Line Management Roles , ensuring our ability to attract, retain and develop talent and achieve forecasted business volumes To be responsible for then SITEL Recruitment Portal and to provide detailed reports for the HR Team To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals To develop recruitment assessment methods for the needs of the business To be responsible for compliance with company security policy Experience Target: Skills and Experience: Excellent knowledge of Candidate attraction and recruitment strategies in a fast paced environment legislation Experienced recruiter working with high volumes and within short timescales Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills Ability to work with staff at all levels Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation and negotiation Assertive with a can do attitude Attention to detail Candidates ideally will have experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of Excel
