CRM Manager
Urgent: CRM Manager role. Based in Oxfordshire. Pay: �200 - 210 per day on a daily rate basis / �35 - 45K as a Fixed Term contract. Duration: 6 month contract. Sector: Retail / Travel sector. Start: Immediately / At one week's notice. Role Responsibilities: *Design and create content for all owner emails, when resource is available brief in design and copy to in-house copywriter and graphic designer. *Create new owner Sale email programmes and user flows and secure development resource to set up triggers and draw in any dynamic content. Some of these programmes exist in a manual form, so it's important to keep these manual sends going and optimised prior to automation *Manage the Refer a Friend owner programme & launch an owner Champion programme to encourage word of mouth recruitment *Broadcast all owner emails using Exact Target Ensure user journey from emails is as optimised as possible and that links in emails are pointing to the best landing pages. *Analyse and optimise performance from all owner emails - develop new test strategies to improve performance and manage and communicate owner email weekly dashboard. *Analyse lifetime trends of owners and behaviour trends depending on source channel/offer/home location etc *Brief both Sales and Customer Service teams on all email sends *Responsible together with the B2B marketing manager for copy updates on key owner pages on company website. *Delivery of a member's page online to better support owners with performance updates, hints and tips, partner offers and key pieces of information Key skills and experience required: *Minimum of 3 years experience in a CRM Management role. *Strong CRM background for an established company with high traffic volumes - FMCG, Travel or retail background preferable *Strong analytical skills and project management skills essential *Good numerical skills are important, as well as being literate in spreadsheets. SQL skills beneficial *Excellent communication skills are vital - individuals must have strong copy writing skills *HTML skills necessary. Whilst there is HTML resource available, it's limited *Strong interpersonal skills are a must. This role liaises heavily with the Sales and Customer Service team and needs to balance changing commercial needs with a pragmatic and organised approach *Ability to work in a high -energy, high intensity and rapidly evolving environment. *Excellent communication skills. *Be able to quickly get a grasp of the customers requirements as well as business requirements. *MUST have excellent copy writing skills - excellent written communication - analytical writing skills beneficial. *Have experience working in a fast paced environment. *Be focused and professional in their approach to work. *Must be accountable for own actions and responsibilities & Be resilient and resourceful.*Be able to effectively communicate new website changes to the customer and understand how these can benefit the customers user experience.
