My client, a leader in platform entertainment and video gaming, is seeking an Italian speaking community moderator to start immediately. Key responsibilities will involve the following: • Monitor and review all user generated content such as text, video, audio and image content • Monitoring all forums, editing/removing posts that are in breach of the community rules, reclassifying incorrectly posted content and moderating user accounts and behaviour • Educating users on community rules and the acceptable use policy • Report issues to MIS relating to in-game problems (server crashes, log in problems etc.) • Moderate in game. • Read industry websites for the latest news Candidate will ideally have knowledge/experience in: • Microsoft Suite • Lotus Notes • Knowledge and experience of online gaming an advantage. • Strong Communication Skills - both verbally and written Given the nature of this role candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English and have an interest in gaming.
