Marketing Manager 3 month Fixed Term Contract City of London Salary up to £50,000 We are working in partnership with a ‘welfare to work’ company based in the City of London. They need an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead on engaging young people with participation in a National project. This is a highly competitive market and a challenging demographic so they need someone ideally with experience of the target market. The objective of this role is to come in and manage the creation of a new brand from scratch. This person will be responsible for directing external agencies in their delivery of services, as well as budget management. This is an opportunity to come into a contract role and really make a difference. What you will need: To be an experienced Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing who is looking to make impact on a fresh project Youth engagement experience would be ideal. Or experience of developing a lesser known brand in the B2B market space Proven Brand creation, development and management experience Confidence in use of digital channels – web, mobile, social media Solid Campaign management experience - using the full marketing mix (events, PR, online, social) Experience of delivering complex projects with numerous stakeholders to tight deadlines A credible, strong communicator who can mange agencies and senior stakeholders
