Contracts Specialist (Supply Chain) responsible for reviews, proposing revisions, negotiating, and drafting Supplier Contracts, including Global Master Agreements.  Assist the category team in the tender evaluation, assessment, and response process to ensure all contract related terms and conditions (whether legal or commercial) are properly addressed.  Draft and communicate exceptions to tender documents and RFQ’s in accordance with company policies and procedures.  Administer contracts and ensures compliance with administrative procedures. Manage and administer contract related records in the Contracts database (ASL). Collaborate with all relevant departments in the negotiation process (Legal, Tax, Finance, Compliance, etc.). Generate and contract related reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.   Experienced in contracts, logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding in the Oil & Gas Industry is strongly desired.  Excellent legal background and solid understanding of contract law. Knowledge of national and international freight forwarding from supplier to field facility (road, sea, and/or air).  Knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain processes and vessel and aircraft chartering.  Degree in Law, Contracts Management, Business, or equivalent discipline required.
