Customer Service Representative (CSR)
One of our clients is looking for 10 Customer Service individuals for a project they are doing. It is a 7 month assignment, estimated 40 hours per week, with possible overtime. Assignments are projected to run from October 1, 2012 through April 31, 2012. All submitted candidates must be available through these dates. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (candidates must be able to work overtime as needed). Location is in their Maitland, FL office. Description: Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries, must have at least 2-3 years of customer service experience, record details about customer inquiries such as what the caller is calling about. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills; assist in resolving complicated customer inquiries concerning such topics as: taxability, refunds, and questions regarding customer’s Forms W-2/1099. Must be able to perform independent research and identify correct department to escalate for resolution. Must have ability to learn about a variety of insurance industry products; comprehend varied research information and understand service systems and legal compliance regulations. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm preferred, good analytical ability, knowledge of MS Windows is very helpful, and ability to integrate and process information. Must have excellent attendance, candidate is allowed 5 days to use as sick or personal use. If candidate is out more than 5 days, candidate will be terminated. Candidate is allowed to be tardy three times during the job duration and must communicate to direct supervisor if they will be late and to their agency as soon as it is known so that direct supervisor can make the necessary accommodations. Hours of operation are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, some weekends, and if necessary holidays. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule and be able to work 40 hours a week or more as necessary. Requirements: Call Center experience Typing skills Office Skills MS Word MS Excel Customer Service/telephone experience is a must! Schedule: Operating hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm and as late as 8pm; candidates must be able to work overtime as requested during weekday evenings, weekends, and or holidays. The schedule is a split schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Candidate must arrive 15 minutes prior to when they are supposed to start to make sure they are on logged in and ready to go.
