Responsibilities/Requirements: * Solid experience with Business Objects or Crystal Administration * Defining and maintaining security access privileges. * Working Knowledge of Unix operating system a must. * Installation, configuration and administration of BO on Linux/Unix environment. * Support Crystal production environment for large scale user base * Monitor Crystal environment for usage and performance metrics. * Available on call support for Production issues * Provide leadership and vision for best usage and practices * Setting standards and guidelines for BI development. * Mentor other team members for knowledge transfer SGA is a Certified Womans Business Enterprise (WBE) celebrating over thirty years of service to our national client base.
